Return Policy
How do I Refund/Exchange merchandise if I bought it online?
In order to refund/exchange merchandise purchased on our website, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization number.
A refund/exchange will only be issued to the original purchaser who placed the order.
Merchandise must be unused and packed in their original packaging in resalable condition, while clothing must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. The return must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number issued by Babyrama.ca and this Number must be marked on a box the merchandise is shipped in. Please send email of your return request with detailed information including online order number, return reason and contact information to support@babyrama.ca. Only after you get the Return Merchandise Authorization number from us, you can ship the product back, otherwise we will not accept the return issue, and will not do a refund.
Once Babyrama.ca received the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued for the value of the merchandise minus all costs of shipping and handling that were incurred by Babyrama.ca. The customer is responsible to cover all shipping costs involved in the transaction. Babyrama.ca is not responsible for loss or damage of merchandise during shipping.
Babyrama.ca will not Return/Exchange the following purchased items:
For safety reasons, there is no refund/exchange on car seats and booster seats.
There are health and hygiene reasons for which Babyrama.ca will not return, refund or exchange merchandise such as: breast pumps, breast pump accessories, nursing bras, nursing pads, nursing pillows, feeding accessories, bottles, pacifiers, teethers, layette, thermometers, bath tubs, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diaper disposal bins & liners and potty seats.
For copyright reasons, there is no refund/exchange on books and audio materials.
In addition to above, Babyrama.ca will not do a return on special order items and clearance items.
How do I cancel an order?
Most orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days. Should you decide to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped we will cancel it and process a full refund right away. If your order has already been shipped out, cancellation is no longer possible. Please see our return policy for further assistance if this should occur. When requesting to cancel an order please provide all information regarding the order especially the order number and the reason for cancellation, so we can process the request sooner.

Refusal of Delivery or Wrong/Incomplete Address:
Any order refused by the customer, or undeliverable due to wrong or incomplete address, will be refunded minus costs of shipping and handling. Those costs include cost of shipping from us to customer and cost of shipping back from customer to us.
Warranty
How does Babyrama.ca handle damaged or defective merchandise?
Selling the best quality merchandise is very important to Babyrama.ca! To achieve that, we work only with reputable manufacturers and suppliers. Furthermore, Babyrama.ca makes its best effort to ensure that merchandise delivered to the customer is damage free. Upon receipt of your order, please always check it right away to determine whether it was damaged during shipping and if that’s the case please address this with shipping company right away.
However, if your order still arrived defective, you are to contact Babyrama.ca within 5 business days to report the problem. We will help you to communicate with the manufacturer. After 5 business days, Babyrama.ca will not take care of the issue and your complaint will have to be addressed with the manufacturer directly on your own.
All merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer. Please retain your item’s owner's manual and warranty slip in order to contact the manufacturer if you ever need replacement parts or have other concerns down the road. After contacting the manufacturer first, should you still have questions regarding your item, please contact Babyrama.ca for assistance.
Shipping
We do our best to ship all in stock items within 2 business days. Please note: orders with billing and shipping addresses not the same will take longer to ship out due to additional time required for credit card verification and fraud prevention.
Shipping Cost is calculated at the time of check-out and varies depending on your location, size and weight of merchandise purchased. Flat Rate doesn't cover oversize item. There will be an extra cost for oversize item. With this situation, our support team will send out a cote with extra requirement shipping fee. If customer agrees, we will collect the extra cost through email.
Babyrama.ca is not responsible for any additional Brokerage, Duty or Taxes that may apply.
What happens if I provided incorrect shipping address?
If customer provided an incorrect shipping address and the order was returned to Babyrama.ca, that customer is responsible to cover all additional re-shipping costs requested by shipping company.
Special Offers and Discounts
All sales, discounts, promotional offers, discount coupons, etc. (collectively called "Special Offers") are subject to the following:
• All Special Offers are subject to stock availability and are valid only while quantities last.
• Special Offers cannot be combined.
• Price Match Requests cannot be combined with Special Offers.
All Price Match Requests submitted or applied at the time of placing an order, are subject to later verification and approval by our staff. Babyrama.ca will not be responsible for any claims for loss or damages resulting from declined Price Match Requests, including customer's loss of opportunity to buy same product from another retailer.
For matching eligible online competitors, the retail price must be current and shown on the Canadian competitor's website or mobile application at the time price match is requested and they must offer free shipping.
Price Match is not valid for the following online retailers:
Any US (or International) websites or companies
Printouts, screen shots and competitor offers shown on any site other than the competitor's website will not be accepted.
Membership only discounts or companies such as Costco and Amazon Prime
Online "Marketplace" or auction-type websites (including Amazon.ca and Amazon.ca marketplace), or any other secondary seller websites are specifically excluded whether hosted on a competitors website or otherwise
